Antwerp based band De Kloe explores the boundary between rock and electronic genres such as drum & bass and techno. The four group members combine rousing riffs and drum patterns with free improvised parts, which are imbued with a wide range of musical references. The result is a dynamic whole in which different sounds collide and reinforce each other, or as De Kloe was once described: "When five entirely different bands seem to be playing at the same time and it magically works.”
