When is od’us festival and where does it take place?

od’us festival takes place on Friday, June 20th and Saturday, June 21st.

The address is Dentergemstraat 22, 8720 Dentergem, Belgium.

What are the opening hours?

The festival opening hours are as follows:
  •  Friday June 20 from 15:00 till 01:00
  •  Saturday June 21 from 13:00 till 01:00

The campsite opens on Friday at 12:00 and closes on Sunday at 12:00, giving you plenty of time to settle in and enjoy the full festival experience.

Will there be food available?

Yes! There will be several food trucks at the festival offering a variety of options, including meaty, vegetarian, and vegan dishes.

Where can I retrieve lost items?

During the festival, you can retrieve lost items at the info kiosk.

After the festival, any remaining lost items will be delivered to the Police Station in Deinze.

Can I bring my water bottle to the festival grounds?

Yes, staying hydrated is important! You are welcome to bring your water bottle. We will have water filling stations available at both the campsite and the bar.

Tickets

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased directly from our ticketshop.

Never buy tickets from someone through social media or other places on the internet. These are usually scammers.

What types of tickets are available?

We offer day tickets for both Friday and Saturday, as well as a combiticket. The combiticket includes both festival access and camping for two days.

If you’re attending for just one day and would like to stay the night, you can purchase a separate camping ticket in the ticket shop.

Will I get a confirmation by email after I bought tickets?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your tickets are purchased. Don’t forget to claim your tickets individually after receiving the email!

I didn’t receive my tickets.

If you haven't received your tickets, please contact us by emailing oduscollective@gmail.com or send us a message through our od'us festival Instagram or Facebook page. We'll assist you as quickly as possible!

Can I change or cancel the ticket I already bought?

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed once purchased. Please ensure your plans are confirmed before purchasing.

However, we recommend using TicketSwap when buying or selling used tickets to ensure a safe and secure transaction, and to avoid potential scams or fraud.

Is there a minimum age?

There is no official minimum age to attend the festival, everyone is welcome! However, minors (-18) must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the event. We want to create a fun and safe environment for everyone.

Children under the age of 12 can attend for free, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. We kindly ask parents and guardians to ensure the safety and well-being of their children while enjoying the festival.

Camping

Where is the nearest camping site?

The campsite is located in the Oostrozebekestraat and is only a short 10-minute walk from both the festival grounds and the parking.

When can I enter the camping site?

The campsite opens on Friday at 12:00 and closes on Sunday at 12:00, giving you plenty of time to settle in and enjoy the full festival experience!

What can’t I bring to the camping site?

For your and everyone's safety, some things are prohibited to take with you to the camping site:

 •  Large speakers
 •  Gas ampules and gas stoves
 •  Fireworks
 •  Glass bottles
 •  Electric generators
 •  Weapons and knives (other than eating utensils)
 •  Sharp or dangerous objects (at the discretion of the organization)
 •  Drugs or other illegal substances
 •  Flyers or promotional materials (without prior permission)
 •  Professional camera equipment

Will there be power outlets to charge my phone?

We will have a designated charging point available at the campsite, but we recommend bringing your own power bank to ensure you can keep your devices charged throughout the festival.

Are there any activities planned on the campsite?

Yes! In addition to the activities on the festival grounds, we have several exciting activities planned for the campsite. Each night after the festival, an afterparty will take place at the campsite from 01:00 to 03:00. For more details on other activities, be sure to follow us on Instagram, where we'll announce the schedule a few weeks or days before the festival.

Can I bring my portable speakers?

Small portable speakers are allowed, but larger speakers are prohibited. As a general rule, if your speaker is larger than a 1L water bottle, we kindly ask that you leave it at home. Any speakers exceeding this size will be confiscated until the end of the festival. Rest assured, there will be plenty of music to enjoy at both the festival and campsite.

Can I engage in political or social cause activities at the festival?

At od'us festival, we believe that music has the power to unite people. Therefore, we kindly ask that you leave any political activism-related activities at home. Our goal is to create a space where everyone can take a break from the everyday and simply enjoy great music in a positive, inclusive atmosphere.

Travel

How do I get there by public transit?

You can reach the festival by taking the train to Tielt Station or Waregem Station. From there, you can take De Lijn bus 13, which runs every hour. Get off at the stop 'Markegem station', and you're just a short walk away from the festival!

Please note that there are no return trains or buses at night. However, you’re welcome to stay the night at our campsite by purchasing a combi ticket (which includes camping) or a camping ticket for one night.

Always check with the official instances (NMBS & De Lijn) to get an up to date schedule of public transit.

How do I get there by bicycle?

Simply follow the address Dentergemstraat 22, Dentergem, Belgium. Once you're nearby, keep an eye out for our clear signposts directing you to the festival site and the designated bicycle parking area!

Health & Safety

Is there a first aid station?

Yes, for any first aid or urgent health and safety matters, please visit the info kiosk at the festival grounds. Alternatively, you can speak with any staff member at the campsite or at the entrance for assistance.

Where do I go when I don't feel safe?

We aim to be a safe place for our visitors, volunteers and artists. Do you feel unsafe or unwell or think that someone else is not comfortable? Our staff is there to help. You can approach them at the bar, ticket counter, first aid or at the entrance at any point during the festival.

Which objects are forbidden at the festival site?

What is your drug policy?

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy towards drugs. Security checks may be conducted at both the festival and campsite entrances. Any individuals found in possession of illegal substances will have their wristband confiscated and will be asked to leave the festival immediately.
